Parker leads QuantumWork. This includes development and execution of technology strategy, capabilities and the ongoing oversite of the core, services, and proprietary technology usage.

Alan Barker

Head of Business Development

Alan is a Sales, SaaS, data product leader that has worked within multiple HCM channels managing several major account territories, developing partnerships, and driving conceptual sales processes. He is now leading QUANTUM, AGS’ total talent strategy.

Sommer Scarpino

Business Development Manager

Sommer is part of the QuantumWork business development team. She comes from the marketing and advertising industry, and is passionate about developing strong partnerships in the talent acquisition world. Sommer is excited to enter the tech space and improve clients’ talent strategies with QuantumWork.

Dan King

Business Development Manager

Dan specializes in building partnerships with prospects and clients alike to lead them on the path to success. With seven years of experience working within the IT consulting industry, he has the necessary perspective to truly empathize with customer roadblocks and is an expert in navigating today’s complicated talent market.

Kara Oliver

Head of People

Kara provides strategic Human Resources Leadership to the QuantumWork as well as overseeing employee experience for AGS. Her over 20 years of experience and expertise as a HR leader in industries including technology, marketing, accounting/auditing, and real estate gives her a uniquely broad perspective that allows her to seamlessly collaborate across multi-faceted organizations.

Chuck Crandall

Technical Program Manager

Chuck is responsible for the overall delivery of the QuantumWork product. He has extensive experience working with development teams using Agile and other methodologies.

John Reichlin

Head of Finance

John Reichlin is a 9 year veteran of the Allegis Group organization, holding positions in operations, technology, business analysis, and controller. His expertise include Salesforce Reporting, Business Process Improvement, Requirements Analysis, Vendor Management, Sharepont, SQL Server, Business Intelligence, Peoplesoft Applications and Query Writing, and Auditing.

Bruce Morton

Head of Brand Strategy

Bruce is in his 40th year in the human capital industry and is well known as a global workforce design and talent acquisition expert. He has designed, implemented and managed some of the largest resourcing solutions across many different parts of the globe and has been recognized as HR Thought Leader of the Year by HRO.

Recruitment Solutions/Strategy Leader

Matt has served as a content and thought leadership leader since 2017 and is one of the premier writers and HR technology startup advisers in recruiting today.

Daniel Cooper

Lead Data Scientist

Daniel is primarily responsible for designing and implementing algorithms, data solutions, and machine learning infrastructure at QuantumWork. He leads our artificial intelligence research and development, business intelligence and reporting solutions, and machine learning engineering.

Ravi Devatha

DevOps Engineer

Ravi is a DevOps Engineer doing all the fun stuff for QuantumWork.  Ravi’s role is like  Gilfoyle’s from HBO – Silicon Valley series

Luis Garcia

Sr. Technology Consultant

Luis has been a part of the Allegis Group organization for the past 5 year , he is currently responsible for the Technology Operations of the QuantumWork product, overseeing the support, implementation and partnership management efforts.

Brooke Dixon

Lead Solutions Architect

Brooke is primarily responsible for the architectural design and vision of the QuantumWork platform where he focuses on data design, strategy and that aligns that strives to align the long term vision with the short term execution.

Co-founder / General Manager

Randy Gulian is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) and is responsible for leading the organization’s global business. With more than 25 years of recruitment outsourcing experience, Randy partners with clients to help create and develop their talent management programs.
